Shish Barak
Fried minced beef dumplings sautéed in chilli paste, served over garlicky yogurt and caramelised onions with roasted almonds.
Kebab Pistachio
Minced meat with pistachios and house spices, sautéed in pomegranate molasses. Served with hummus.
Feta Brûlée
Creamy feta mix, mild chili and a sugar crust, torched to order.
Shawarma
(beef) with fries, onions and parsley salad, tomato, pickles, tahini dressing and saj bread.
